OUR DESIGN
ETHICS
INTEGRITY
We believe in giving our clients honest responses and thoughtful solutions to the questions and challenges they have.

UNDERSTANDING
We learn about the communities we serve from the community itself. Seeking to know its structure, cultures, social network, needs, resources, assets, challenges and history. Analyzing the landscape - its context and movements, along with evaluating the feasibility of certain decisions are essential to thoughtful design.

EQUITABLE COLLABORATION
We are committed to empowering communities to plan, design and become stewards of their neighborhoods, because they are capable. Knowing the best projects are produced from the diligent process of everyone being invited to the table and working together to make decisions, on behalf of their own community.

BALANCE
We strive to find the balance between design function, simplistic beauty, ecology and the desires of the people, in every project.
